Requirements
-Job Purpose:
- The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Reporting Responsibilities
- The job holder is responsible to the Senior Protocol Officer.
- Area of Deployment:
- Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat, (KJA)
- For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have:
- i.Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, International Relations, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- ii.Proficiency in computer application skills
- iii.Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution

Duties and Responsibilities
-i.Ushering official delegations;
- ii.Assisting in organizing hospitality and logistics for official delegations;
- iii.Keeping and updating information on official delegations;
- iv.Scheduling and maintaining calendar of VIP ceremonies, Conferences and special events;
- v.Assisting in organizing official events
- vi.Processing of passports and other travel documents;
- vii.Assisting in organizing sitting arrangements in events

- •Kenya Revenue Authority
- •Higher Education Loans Board
- •Directorate of Criminal Investigation
- •Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
- •A recognized Credit Reference Bureau; and
- •Clearance from relevant professional body.
- Applicants MUST take note that it is a criminal offence to provide false information and documents in the job application and the same will be verified by relevant bodies.
