Reporting Responsibilities |

The job holder is responsible to the Senior Protocol Officer. |

Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat, (KJA) |
-
For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: |
-
i.Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, International Relations, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and |
-
ii.Proficiency in computer application skills |
-
iii.Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution |

Duties and Responsibilities |
-i.Ushering official delegations; |
-
ii.Assisting in organizing hospitality and logistics for official delegations; |
-
iii.Keeping and updating information on official delegations; |
-
iv.Scheduling and maintaining calendar of VIP ceremonies, Conferences and special events; |
-
v.Assisting in organizing official events |
-
vi.Processing of passports and other travel documents; |
-
vii.Assisting in organizing sitting arrangements in events |
-

•Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission |

•A recognized Credit Reference Bureau; and |
-
•Clearance from relevant professional body. |
